RE Flyer

Most homes have a single vehicle carport, so families with two vehicles must park one behind the other.

Provides a little more elbow room.

A couple of years ago during an intense hot spell, my electric bill was $75 (several times normal). By comparison, a neighbor with central AC paid $350!

Presently the association fees are $150/month which include water, sewer, trash, cable TV and common grounds maintenence.

Lot has no shrubbery, neverless, water lines for drip irrigaion run the permiter of the property to support any future plantings.

Most add-on rooms were built parallel to the park model. This add-on room was built perpendicular to the park model which results in a more open living space.
