Most homes have a single vehicle carport, so families with two vehicles must park one behind the other.

A couple of years ago during an intense hot spell, my electric bill was $75 (several times normal). By comparison, a neighbor with central AC paid $350!

Presently the association fees are $150/month which include water, sewer, trash, cable TV and common grounds maintenence.
